John Pesano entered the independent side of Wall Street after careers in Consulting (Advising Senior Leaders at many Fortune 500 Companies) and with two large publically traded Wall Street Firms: AllianceBernstein (Ticker: AB) and more recently JP Morgan (Ticket: JPM). John became convinced that the conflicts of interest inherent in publically traded financial firms (pleasing Share Holders, Analysts, and Clients simultaneously; and the use of proprietary "house" products) made it challenging to serve clients in a way he felt they deserved and in the manner he wanted to serve them.

"Being product agnostic, firm agnostic, and only having to work for and please one party - each individual client; is the only way I want to do this business"  - John Pesano

While at J.P. Morgan, John held several leadership roles; Analyst Manager for the Dallas High-Net-Worth Team and served on both the Regional Recruiting Committee and the Global Performance Committee. As a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, John worked with and advised some of the cities wealthiest families in the High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth space (investable assets of $5MM-$50MMand $50MM+ respectfully) gaining a tremendous amount of experience with a commitment to loyalty and excellence.

Today, John and the team he leads are not only able to bring that same experience with a much improved set of solutions to Ultra-High-Net-Worth and High-Net-Worth clients, but also to those amassing assets that will truly benefit from their experiences, knowledge, and expanded solution set on an Independent Platform.

“ Inside of 2 weeks after leaving my last firm, I received a phone call from them wanting to meet and discuss partnering with me in distributing their products; that was interesting. What has been created in this Independent Environment where the veil of “proprietary products” is being lifted is a huge shift in the industry. I am certain that I have more, FAR MORE, higher-quality tools to work with to help clients accomplish their needs, desires, and goals than I have ever had in my career.”
